FLT Instructor (RTITB Accredited) – Leicester Momentum Training – Leicester Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Leicester (Centre Based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate Start Available Join Momentum Training Momentum Training is expanding across the Midlands and is looking for an experienced RTITB Accredited FLT Instructor to join our Leicester delivery team. You'll deliver practical forklift training to adult learners on government-funded programmes, helping them gain recognised qualifications and move into sustainable employment. What You'll Be Doing * Deliver RTITB accredited Counterbalance and Reach Truck training. * Assess learner competence in practical environments. * Deliver engaging theory sessions covering health and safety. * Prepare learners for certification and employment. * Complete learner paperwork accurately using company systems. * Maintain compliance with RTITB standards. * Carry out equipment safety checks. * Support learners with varying levels of experience. * Encourage learner confidence and progression. * Work collaboratively with tutors and learner engagement staff. * Maintain high-quality training standards throughout delivery. What We're Looking For * RTITB Instructor accreditation. * Experience delivering FLT training. * Strong knowledge of warehouse operations. * Excellent communication skills. * Good organisational and administration skills. * Commitment to learner success. * Teaching qualification desirable but not essential.
