Role Purpose
The Learner Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting learners throughout their journey with Momentum Training. The role is heavily focused on learner engagement, telephone contact, progression support, and administration. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with learners, promoting vacancies sourced by our Business Development Team, collecting progression evidence, and ensuring learner records are accurately maintained within our PICS management system. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and making a genuine difference by helping individuals progress into employment.
