About Content Services Content Services are the creative engine room of our delivery for clients providing the expertise and skills needed to execute impactful and innovative programs. Comprising content strategists creatives producers and martech experts the team comes together to work with our consulting practices in a collaborative and agile way to deliver a range of creative services using both technological platforms and by following proven processes to deliver high quality projects in a variety of marketing and sales channels. The range of deliverables the team offer include digital marketing materials such as video social media kits Infographics brochures eBooks and email. The team also deliver offline materials such as DM and print. The Content Servies team is constantly looking to refine and improve the creative process and evaluating how technology can best serve our clients by creating efficiencies and great work. About the role As a Producer you will be responsible for managing and producing content across various marketing channels including digital social media long and short form articles/blogs and video. Your primary mission is to ensure the successful delivery of these projects by collaborating closely with Client Practices accurately scoping deliverables defining the delivery approach pricing work sourcing resources and managing projects to meet client expectations all within budget. Key Responsibilities: Scoping and planning Collaborate with client practices to thoroughly understand project requirements objectives and scope before delivery is planned. Ensure all contentservices deliverables are accurately scoped to align with client expectations by: defining the project delivery approach planning and allocating all required resources defining delivery milestones assessing and planning mitigations for identified risks and owning delivery timeline. At the point of production onwards liaise with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements and become a subject matter expert on the specific deliverable. Own client updates on the production progress and next steps for both parties to keep project timelines on track Delivery Work with client practices to write and deliver asset briefings to allocated content services teams ensure full creative and delivery alignment. Own and actively manage all resource allocations required in the delivery plan ensuring you have secured the optimal team for the project all members are allocated briefed and delivery remains on track throughout. Work with Studio Manager to resolve any resourcing conflicts and/or issues. Manage thirdparty deliveries including sourcing briefing costing and overseeing any delivery by third parties or freelancers while ensuring all costs are reflected in the budget. Constantly ensure the project is progressing as per the timeline and the agreed brief. Manage the full internal and external feedback and amendment process including updating the client on next steps and input/feedback requirements. Oversee internal quality control (QC) of the project and external proofreading to ensure only the highestquality deliverables are shared with clients. Ensure project delivery remains on budget by actively reviewing all costs accrued during delivery amending the delivery plan where necessary. Best Practice Following all best practice delivery process and workflows shared by the Operations team. Collaborating with Operations team on defining any changes to workflows as required. Owning the project workspace in our Mavenlink platform during the delivery phase of the project. Pricing Develop pricing for nonstandard or bespoke deliverables working collaboratively with Client Practices Studio Manager and Operations team. Continuously learn from refine and share pricing strategies to improve accuracy and competitiveness of our offering. Innovation and Business Development Research recommend and develop new service offerings based on client requirements. Identify new capabilities and resources required to meet new service demands. Build full understanding of client landscape and ongoing requirements to proactively develop new opportunities and solutions to grow client relationships. Skills Project Management: Skilled in planning organizing and managing resources to successfully achieve project goals. Technical Proficiency: Experienced with project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello) and knowledgeable in production processes. Time Management: Expert in prioritizing tasks multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Negotiation: Skilled in managing client expectations vendor relations and team dynamics. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for effective collaboration with teams clients and stakeholders. Budgeting and Financial Management: Skilled in budgeting cost forecasting and maintaining financial constraints. ProblemSolving: Skilled in identifying issues evaluating options and implementing solutions efficiently. GenAI : experience orchestrating GenAI solutions within the creative process Behaviours Proactivity : Taking initiative and anticipating project needs before they arise. Media Production: Experience in video print digital or social media production.
