Working in major retailers around the county, transport and accommodation provided, with a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves.
- No guaranteed hours each week. Work is project based and potentially could be over the weekends. We have projects available throughout 2026
Roles and responsibilities of a Retail Merchandiser:
- Merchandise & replenish shelves using planograms to set timescales.
- Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
- Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
- Lifting and manual handling up to 25kg (male) 16kg (female) may be involved.
Location: Field Based, travelling and staying away from home
Working Hours: Shifts 11 hours onsite which includes 60-minute unpaid break plus 30-minute paidbreak.
Work pattern: Nights 8pm - 7am
Pay: £12.71 per hour - Weekly pay
Retail Merchandisers are provided with:
- Carpooling for non-drivers
- Pre-paid shared (twin room) accommodation with breakfast
- Uniform/PPE
- Development opportunities
- Accrual of holiday pay to be paid out when you are not working
Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, however we offer a training plan to applicants with a great work attitude who are flexible to travel and stay away from home.
