What Does Your New Role Look Like?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy team as a Retail Interventions Project Planner.
You will manage the implementation of interventions within trading stores; and manage the opening of new stores, across one of the UK’s leading Beauty retailers.
Interventions can include total refurbishments, dispensary improvements, trials, beauty hall reconfigurations, etc.
The team works with the Stores and Contractors to ensure schemes are prepared to be landed effectively, on time, and with minimum disruption to stores and their ability to trade.
This role can be home‑based but will also require occasional countrywide travel, which will include staying away from home on occasions.
The role will be based at Momentum Instore Head Office in Tytherington with the flexibility to work from home. Working hours Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00.
- Demonstrate the quality planning of projects and adherence to project milestones to enable right first‑time delivery with a clear understanding of key stakeholder requirements; ensuring appropriate and timely escalation where adherence is not achievable.
- Produce clear, concise Business Protection Plans & Phasing documents for a variety of Interventions.
- Hold Engagement & Logistics Meetings to get the “buy‑in” from Store/Area Managers on the business plans.
- With the relevant training, develop an expert understanding of “live” store operational processes and needs.
- Build constructive two‑way relationships with key stakeholders both internally & externally.
- Demonstrate accurate and detailed scheduling/ordering to enable timely delivery and eliminate waste/excess of materials/resources.
- Attend site meetings as required to monitor the progress of projects and support implementation.
- Demonstrate supportive and interactive project team membership to drive quality performance of the project team as a whole, holding to account as required.
