Overview
Recruitment Assistant – Full-time, Temp, 1-month. This role is based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield with hybrid working options (home and office).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Recruitment Team in ensuring the delivery of all recruitment requests
- Ensure all information on the recruitment systems is up to date and accurate
- Ensure all new starters are set up on our internal system
- Liaise with workers and chase outstanding documents
- Assist with setting up workers on our training system, Litmos Heroes
- Ensure all workers have correct uniform
- Support with creating ID badges for new starters
- Assist with arranging interviews
- Ensure all necessary documents are accurate and sent out
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate must have:
- Good telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure
