Who Are We Looking For?

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield, with flexibility for hybrid working. The position has been designed around three commercially focused pillars — B2B engagement and positioning, employer brand, and sustainability. It’s a role for someone who wants to own a function, not just fill it. We’re looking for someone with ambition, curiosity, and drive — someone who wants to get under the skin of the business, understand how it works, and build something that lasts. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and this is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience gained in a similar Marketing role.

What Does the Role Involve?

Momentum Instore has a well-established brand, as Marketing Manager, you will have the autonomy to further strengthen and elevate our brand across digital and social channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing Director in delivering the overall marketing strategy
  • Collaborating with the Head of Talent and Engagement to enhance the People Strategy and strengthen company culture
  • Leading the development and approval of creative assets, including promotional materials, website content, and campaigns
  • Playing a key supporting role in bids and tenders, showcasing Momentum Instore to prospective clients
  • Managing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and reporting insights to the executive team
  • Creating and delivering engaging content and social media plans
  • Coordinating the company’s presence at events, including trade shows and conferences
  • Proposing and managing research projects to generate customer insights and inform strategy
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives—experience or interest in ESG and helping drive our ESG Manifesto would be advantageous
  • Track and report on marketing metrics — Search and AI visibility, EcoVadis rating
  • Create and manage content across digital and social channels, including LinkedIn, the website, and industry publications
  • Coordinate the company’s presence at industry events and awards, and pursue the recognition that builds credibility with buyers
  • Get under the skin of the business — visit our operations, understand how our Aftermarket and field teams work, and let that inform everything you produce

What Do You Get in Return?

  • Flexible working with hybrid working from home/the office
  • 23 days’ holiday, rising incrementally to 28, plus Bank Holidays (full-time equivalent)
  • Celebrate your Birthday the right way with an additional day off – no-one should have to work on their Birthday!
  • A great social scene – company days out, festive celebrations, social events etc.
  • A focus on your wellbeing – we look after you so you can focus on being the best you can be
  • Free parking at the office along with a comfortable, modern working environment
  • Looking after your future with a contributory pension scheme
