Flexible Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, and Maybelline in major high street stores. This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands‑on work.
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally. Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
- Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
- Changing over the visuals/graphics
- Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
- Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
- Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
- Stand maintenance
- Installing Point Of Sale Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
- Use initiative to problem solve
- Travelling to your depot for kit collection, which is paid time

- Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers & supermarkets
- Days: Monday – Friday, full days (no part time hours available)
- Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
- Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
- Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
