Retail Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible
Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Beauty Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names like L\\\’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline in major high street stores.
This is a flexible, project‑based role where you\\\’ll help keep stands fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers – perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands‑on work.
We have projects starting in April/May through to July.
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented people who are comfortable working independently and traveling regionally. Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
Work throughout 2026 on a project‑by‑project basis. Other projects available such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer, and collecting asset tags from major supermarket retailer and returning them to the local depot.
Retail Beauty Merchandiser Role and Responsibilities
- Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail).
- Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram.
- Changing over the visuals/graphics.
- Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store.
- Travelling to your depot
- for kit collection, which is paid time.
What will I get in return?
- Training: Paid and fully provided.
- Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision.
- Travel: Regionally up to 50 miles of your home.
- Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers.
- Days: Monday – Friday, full days (no part‑time hours available).
- Pay Rate: £15 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.).
- Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable.
- Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects.
