Summary
Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Beauty Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names such as L\’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Makeup, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline in major high street stores.
This is a flexible, project‑based role in which you will keep stands fresh, stocked and beautifully presented for shoppers – ideal for those who enjoy independent, hands‑on work. Projects start in April/May through July 2026, with additional opportunities such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer.
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented people who are comfortable working independently, travelling regionally and who enjoy collaborating with a team. Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
Retail Beauty Merchandiser Role and Responsibilities
- Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail).
- Moving and installing new parts around the store and resequencing stock according to a new planogram.
- Changing over the visuals/graphics.
- Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store.
- Travelling to your depot for kit collection (paid time).
What Will I Get in Return?
- Training: Paid and fully provided.
- Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision.
- Travel: Regionally up to 50 miles of your home.
- Location: Field based – working in various high street retailers.
- Days: Monday – Friday, full days (no part‑time hours available).
- Pay Rate: £15 per hour plus expenses (fuel, parking, etc.).
- Equipment: Uniform, company van (for business use only) and PPE provided where applicable.
- Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects.
