Job Summary

Retail Interventions Project Planner – Momentum Instore Head Office, Tytherington.

Flexible work‑from‑home arrangement with occasional countrywide travel.

Working hours Monday – Friday 09:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the implementation of retail interventions across trading stores, including refurbishments, dispensary improvements, trials, and beauty hall reconfigurations.
  • Coordinate opening of new stores, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Produce clear, concise Business Protection Plans and Phasing documents for a variety of interventions.
  • Hold Engagement & Logistics meetings to secure buy‑in from Store/Area Managers on business plans.
  • Monitor project progress through site meetings, providing timely escalation when milestones are not met.
  • Schedule and order resources accurately, eliminating waste and excess materials or resources.
  • Support implementation by attending site meetings and driving quality performance of the project team.
  • Build and maintain constructive two‑way relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a senior‑level client contact, communicating effectively in speaking, writing and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work at pace.
  • Proven track record of operational delivery in a services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident speaking, clear writing and impactful presentations.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust‑based relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement in a retail environment is desirable.
