Job Summary
Retail Interventions Project Planner – Momentum Instore Head Office, Tytherington.
Flexible work‑from‑home arrangement with occasional countrywide travel.
Working hours Monday – Friday 09:00‑17:00.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the implementation of retail interventions across trading stores, including refurbishments, dispensary improvements, trials, and beauty hall reconfigurations.
- Coordinate opening of new stores, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to store operations.
- Produce clear, concise Business Protection Plans and Phasing documents for a variety of interventions.
- Hold Engagement & Logistics meetings to secure buy‑in from Store/Area Managers on business plans.
- Monitor project progress through site meetings, providing timely escalation when milestones are not met.
- Schedule and order resources accurately, eliminating waste and excess materials or resources.
- Support implementation by attending site meetings and driving quality performance of the project team.
- Build and maintain constructive two‑way relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a senior‑level client contact, communicating effectively in speaking, writing and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work at pace.
- Proven track record of operational delivery in a services industry.
- Excellent communication skills: confident speaking, clear writing and impactful presentations.
- Ability to build and maintain trust‑based relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement in a retail environment is desirable.
