Retail Merchandiser Team Driver

Overview

Retail Merchandising Driver for Momentum Instore. Working in major retailers around the country with transport and accommodation provided, alongside a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves. Flexibility is key; hours and days/nights vary by project, with shifts usually around 11 hours. You may travel and stay away from home, though we aim to keep work near home when possible.

A full UK driving licence is essential as you will drive yourself and your team to stores. A pool or hire car is provided. You will need to be over 23 years old and have been driving for at least two years for insurance purposes. Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising are useful, but a 13-week training plan is available to applicants with a great work attitude. We may fast-track those with previous experience in systems/dressing or team leading.

Nitty-gritty

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will need to:

• Merchandise and replenish shelves using planograms within a set timescale.
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard.
• Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
• Lifting and manual handling up to 25kgs may be necessary.

• Starting basic rate at £12.21 per hour

• Driving to Success Scheme: Drivers who take two or more passengers in their car can earn an extra 50p per hour per shift

Field Based, regionalised; however travelling and staying away from home is sometimes required

Hours

Shifts are usually 11 hours with a 1 hour unpaid break and a 30 minute paid break
