Do you enjoy travelling and working as part of a team? Would you like the opportunity to work onsite with one of the UK’s leading beauty and wellness retail brands? We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work to support the delivery of in-store change programmes. With excellent training opportunities, you can progress into Team Leader roles as you develop your skills. Training days are planned for May, with project work starting in June. With a busy summer ahead, there are plenty of opportunities available.
The Role
- Merchandising and replenishing stock using planograms within set timescales
- Profiling shelving, installing equipment, and implementing displays to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and general housekeeping duties
- Manual handling and lifting (up to 25kg – male 16kg – female may be required)
- Working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Installing POS (Point of Sale) materials
- Basic IT tasks such as downloading and printing planograms (preferred)
Location
Field‑based and regionalised. Travel and staying away from home are required.
Working Hours
10‑hour shifts onsite. Includes a 60‑minute unpaid break and a 30‑minute paid break.
Work Pattern
Day and night shifts available (primarily night work). Weekend availability is essential.
Pay
Pay starts from £13.01 per hour (Merchandisers). You can earn up to £13.88 per hour as a Team Leader and skilled POS merchandiser.

Qualifications
- Previous retail or merchandising experience, particularly within a beauty environment, is preferred

This is project‑based work with no guaranteed weekly hours; however, we anticipate a busy and consistent schedule throughout 2026.
