The Role: You will work alongside the Executive Pastry Chef to craft exceptional desserts, pastries and signature creations that define the groups elevated culinary identity. This role suits a highly skilled, detail-driven Pastry Chef with a background in premium or Michelin-level operations and a passion for innovation, seasonality and immaculate presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Exec Pastry Pastry Chef in daily production, service execution and menu development
Lead sections during service, ensuring consistency, precision and luxury-grade standards
Train, mentor and inspire junior pastry chefs within a high-performance kitchen culture
Maintain exceptional organisation, mise en place discipline and product quality
Uphold strict food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
Contribute creatively to new dishes, seasonal menus and brand-aligned pastry concepts
Collaborate closely with the wider culinary team to deliver seamless service across multiple outlets
About You Strong experience in luxury, lifestyle or Michelin-aligned pastry kitchens
Confident leading a section and supporting a high-volume, premium operation
A refined eye for detail, flavour balance and modern plating aesthetics
Calm, organised and solutions-focused, even under pressure
