This role is ideal for a current Hotel Manager or seasoned Director of Operations ready to step into a flagship, design-led, high-profile environment.
About the Role
As Hotel Manager, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service across Rooms, F&B, Events and Guest Experience. You will champion the hotel's lifestyle identity, elevate service culture, and support the General Manager in delivering outstanding financial performance and brand reputation. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations and Front of House.
- Uphold and elevate the hotel's luxury lifestyle positioning through exceptional service delivery.
- Drive commercial performance, supporting revenue, forecasting, budgeting and upsell strategies.
- Partner closely with Culinary, Bars, Events and Sales teams to deliver standout guest experiences.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, safety and brand standards across all departments.
- Mentor, inspire and develop department heads and wider teams.
- Act as Deputy to the General Manager, assuming full leadership responsibility when required.
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests, partners and the wider London luxury community.
