The Role
As a Talent Partner, you'll own end-to-end recruitment delivery on each customer‑specific project. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, guide candidates through every stage, and contribute to a team that holds itself to a high standard. You'll also play an active part in supporting the development of colleagues around you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for your allocated roles, from briefing through to offer
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Making clear, evidence‑based decisions at pace - without waiting to be told what to do
- Communicating openly, even when the message is difficult
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven delivery experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role - agency, RPO, or in‑house
- Strong autonomous working style - you manage your workload and don't need chasing
- Genuine candidate‑first mindset and high communication standards

Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with just one day per month required in our London office. The rest of the time you work where you work best.
