We’re looking for an Area Manager who can demonstrate strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver results across their area. The role offers a starting salary of £30,000, with the opportunity to progress to £32,000 as you demonstrate your capability, performance and impact in the role. For candidates with exceptional experience and a proven track record, we may consider a higher starting point within the advertised range.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts, acting as the main point of contact for both customers and cleaning teams. You’ll ensure every customer receives the exceptional service Momentum is known for, while supporting the continued growth and success of the business. No two days are ever the same. One morning you could be carrying out customer audits and coaching your cleaning teams. Later that day you might be interviewing a new cleaner, resolving an operational issue, mobilising a new contract or supporting a customer who needs your help. If you enjoy variety, responsibility and making a genuine difference, you’ll love this role.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves working with people and builds excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Takes ownership and responsibility, solves problems and makes decisions.
- Confidently manages people and has difficult conversations when necessary.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management or another service-led management role would be advantageous. However, we’re equally interested in ambitious people with strong leadership potential, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
