Job Description More Than Just an Area Manager ~ 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 20:00 with occasional flexibility within a structured pattern to meet customer needs ~ Salary: £30,000–£32,000, depending on experience and performance We’re looking for an Area Manager who can demonstrate strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver results across their area. The role offers a starting salary of £30,000, with the opportunity to progress to £32,000 as you demonstrate your capability, performance and impact in the role. We're looking for a strong Area Manager with commitment, passion and drive, who will thrive in this role and then grow with the business over time. You'll be responsible for your own portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts, acting as the main point of contact for both customers and cleaning teams. You'll ensure every customer receives the exceptional service Momentum is known for, while supporting the continued growth and success of the business. One morning you could be carrying out customer audits and coaching your cleaning teams. Later that day you might be interviewing a new cleaner, resolving an operational issue, mobilising a new contract or supporting a customer who needs your help. Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and other IT systems. Holds a full UK driving licence. Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management or another service-led management role would be advantageous.
