Our client is a well-respected UK owned electronics manufacturer who supply electronic components to a diverse range of customers within industrial, consumer electronics, automotive, and medical industries. Due to recent restructure they have assigned Momentum to identify a Managing Director to lead the business into its next phase of growth.
As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the business. You will lead a talented leadership team, drive commercial growth, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team
- Oversee operations, including supply chain and engineering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and industry standards
