As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing operations, develop people, and drive a culture of operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
The role reports directly to the General Manager, the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for the leadership and performance of the manufacturing operation, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products that consistently meet customer expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong operational background, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to deliver sustainable improvements through Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day manufacturing operation to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
Ensure production schedules are achieved through effective planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
Drive operational efficiency whilst maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to optimise manufacturing performance.
