About the role

As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing and producing multiple content formats for various marketing channels, including email, social media posts, long- and short-form articles/blogs, eBooks, and video. Your primary mission is to ensure the successful on-time and on-budget delivery of these projects by collaborating closely with Client Practices. You will accurately scope project deliverables, allocate team resources to projects, write task briefs, develop project schedules, conduct quality control checks on all deliverables, and manage projects to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scoping and Planning: Collaborate with client practices to thoroughly understand project requirements, objectives, and scope before planning delivery. Ensure all content services deliverables are accurately scoped to align with client expectations by planning and allocating all required creative services resources, defining delivery milestones, assessing and planning mitigations for identified risks, and owning the delivery timeline.
  • Delivery: Collaborate with client practices to develop and deliver asset and task briefs for creative and content resources, ensuring complete alignment of creative and delivery. Own and actively manage all resource allocations required in the delivery plan, ensuring you have secured the optimal team for the project, all members are allocated, briefed, and delivery remains on track throughout. Work with the Studio Manager to resolve any resourcing conflicts and/or issues. Manage third-party deliveries, including sourcing, briefing, costing, and overseeing any deliveries by third parties or freelancers, while ensuring that all costs are reflected in the budget. Ensure the project is constantly progressing according to the timeline and the agreed-upon brief. Manage the full internal and external feedback and amendment process, including updating the client on next steps and input/feedback requirements. Oversee internal quality control (QC) of the project and external proofreading to ensure only the highest-quality deliverables are shared with clients. Ensure project delivery remains on budget by actively reviewing all costs accrued during delivery and making necessary adjustments to the delivery plan.
  • Best Practices: Follow all best practice delivery processes and workflows defined by the operations team. Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement any necessary changes to workflows. Own the project workspace in our Mavenlink platform during the delivery phase of the project.
  • Pricing: Assist the client practice and operations teams in developing pricing for non-standard or bespoke deliverables. Continuously learn from, refine, and share pricing strategies to improve the accuracy and competitiveness of our offering.
