About Content Services
Content Services is at the heart of Momentum ITSMA, responsible for creating and delivering the assets and campaigns that clients use to achieve market-beating performance. Our remit covers the full spectrum of go-to-market delivery – everything from developing messaging frameworks to company-wide sales training enablement programs, from targeted one-to-one ABM communication to ground-breaking Thought Leadership programs. Content Services is a talented team of creative and content specialists made up of designers, writers, and strategists alongside experts in managed service, martech, and project delivery.
About the role
As a midweight B2B copywriter, you will be responsible for writing across various marketing channels in support of our client accounts. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with plenty of opportunity for personal development. This role demands a proactive storyteller with a talent for working directly with clients to deliver compelling and necessary copy for key account campaigns.
Key accountabilities
- Content creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for various marketing platforms, including digital, social media, long and short form articles, blogs, and video.
- Research and insights: Conduct research to understand industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content creation.
- Brand voice and tone: Switch between writing styles and tones, easily and effectively, to maintain and enhance the brand voice of multiple clients across all content, ensuring consistency and alignment with guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting, design, and producer teams to efficiently create cohesive and effective content that meets the client need.
- Editing and proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.

Experience
At least 3 years experience working in similar role within a consultancy, creative agency or related B2B industry. Please provide suitable samples to showcase your work.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with the B2B sector, particularly the areas of client-centric growth strategies, account-based marketing (ABM), and consultancy services.
- Technical: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), AI tools for content creation, and other digital tools used in creation and distribution.
Salary
£35,000-£40,000
