Quality Control Technician
Summary:
The main responsibilities of this role include performing inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials and finished compounds to ensure they meet the required customer product quality specifications.
In addition, the role involves supporting investigations into historical product trends, non-conformances, identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and assisting in continuous improvement projects.

The following are required for the role
5 GCSE Passes including Maths, English & Science
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The following are preferred for the position:
A level/Higher National or Degree level in Science Discipline
3 to 5 years’ experience in QC/Testing in a materials/polymer testing environment.
ISO 9001 Experience
SAP, GLIMs or similar system experience.
