As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Sales teams to develop, manage and execute all the key areas of product marketing from go-to-market (GTM) to sales enablement to drive both acquisition and retention.
Your responsibilities:
- Build product positioning and value-driven messaging.
- Lead our product launches - multiple features, across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our launches are smooth, on time.
- Build and deliver sales enablement to our sales teams as well as to our (branded and white label) resellers.
- Communicate and promote the value of the Uberall’s ecosystem (technology partners) to our prospects and customers helping us to drive pipeline and increase customer value.
- Product content creation: develop one pagers, product website pages, webinar presentations and product education materials to both direct customers and to our resellers’ network.
- Build and execute initiatives to drive product usage, adoption and upsell.
- Work with the head of Product Marketing to craft strong positioning and messaging, develop our use cases, refine our ICPs, buyer personas.
- Understand our customers, their needs, and how Uberall products meet those needs; be one conduit for the voice of the customer across the company.
- Work closely with product managers and solution consultants to deeply understand the products, its use cases and how they solve customer pain points.
- Maintain strong alignment with brand, content and growth marketing.
Qualifications, Skills and Education:
- 5+ years in product marketing.
- Proficiency in value-driven messaging.
- The aptitude for managing multiple product launches in a fast paced agile environment with tight deadlines and numerous stakeholders.
- Experience in sales enablement, especially for resellers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good project management, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and execute with minimum guidance.
- Comfortable working fully remote and independently.
- Highly self-motivated.
- B2B SaaS marketing experience preferred.
- Bonus points if you have experience with resellers and technology partners.
