Overview
Our client is seeking a Paralegal to assist their inhouse legal team, working predominantly on litigation matters and particularly with motor finance commission claims but also general consumer credit and vehicle quality disputes.
The successful candidate will be working with Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer on debt recovery matters as well, liaising with the business to obtain instructions for their external solicitors.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role – dealing with consumer credit. Particular experience within the motor finance industry would be an advantage.
