Financial Crime Quality Assurance Manager

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Financial Crime Quality Assurance Manager. The manager will conduct quality assurance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with financial crime regulations. The role includes developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing feedback and recommendations to enhance internal processes and controls. The manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and improve the overall quality of financial crime prevention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience with quality assurance, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of financial crime prevention, anti‑money laundering (AML), and counter‑terrorism financing (CTF)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
