What’s the role?

Our client, a major UK bank, is seeking experienced Delivery Trainers to deliver the bank\’s learning curriculum, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and application of face-to-face and virtual learning trainer standards, along with external best practice learning delivery methods and techniques.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing evidence of experience in delivering face-to-face cultural change courses to groups and individuals, utilizing a pre-designed framework to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring course and training objectives are achieved through effective use of face-to-face and virtual learning theories and approaches.
  • Monitoring delivery standards and feedback to ensure \’best in class\’ delivery.
  • Utilizing the learning management system effectively for training administration.
  • Maintaining expertise by staying updated with new processes, developments, and changes.
  • Managing operational risk, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance standards.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

  • Previous industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of learning delivery experience.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and delivery skills, with knowledge of different learning theories and styles.
  • Clear and adaptable oral communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly while delivering accurate content within risk governance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver challenging messages and influence cultural change.
  • Strong personal resilience to face significant challenges.
