Location: London - Central and Greater London; primarily school-based work with some clinic and remote opportunities.
Contract: Permanent – Summer contract (50 weeks, with 5 weeks off in the summer break and 22 days of annual holiday). 37.5 hours per week (flexible across 6 days).
Salary: up to £55,000 FTE, dependent on experience, plus a welcome bonus of £2,000 (distributed after successful completion of 3 months and probation).

Role Summary: Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and young people for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and collaborate with teachers, parents and professionals to integrate goals into daily environments. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, provide training and upskilling to key adults, maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
Essential Criteria:
- HCPC and RCOT registration
- Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy
Desirable Criteria:
- Paediatric occupational therapy experience
- Experience working within a specialist paediatric setting
- Experience working within school settings
- Experience completing assessments for EHCPs
- Specialist CPD and/or training
- Trauma‑informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
