Proactively manage prime mixed-use properties in central London (office, residential and retail), acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, consultants and service providers on all commercial and technical matters.
Develop and plan sustainability measures for the properties and drive their implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee and optimise the performance of facility management service providers.
Obtain quotes and manage the tendering, contracting and delivery of infrastructure services and technical measures.
Monitor accounting processes, including utility billings, reporting and lease administration.
Review property-related invoices and manage budgets and property-level expenses.
Contribute to the development of marketing plans and long-term investment strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESG and Ventures) to implement innovative technologies.
Competencies:
- A relevant real estate degree or equivalent qualification in property management (commercial/technical).
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial property management, ideally in a client‑facing role.
- Initial experience with service charge budgets.
- Strong interest in managing prime properties and working with demanding tenants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands‑on, “can‑do” attitude.
- Client‑focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident working independently and managing multiple workstreams.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
