Key Responsibilities
- Undertake graphic design for maternity & baby products, including product packaging, labels, instruction manuals, gift boxes, etc., ensuring that the design complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create promotional graphic materials for maternity & baby products, such as posters, leaflets, display stands, online promotion banners, social media content, short video covers, and event-related designs.
- Participate in the construction and iteration of the brand's visual identity system, ensuring consistency and unity of visual elements in all design works.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product characteristics, target user needs, and market trends, translating them into creative visual design solutions.
- Follow up the production and printing process of design works, communicate with suppliers to ensure accurate restoration of design effects, and control the quality of finished products.
- Collect and sort out design trends in the global maternity & baby industry, integrating innovative and child-friendly design elements into works.
- Manage design files and materials, establish and improve the design resource library, and enhance team collaboration efficiency.
- Assist in other graphic design-related work of the team as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related majors.
- 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience, with experience in maternity & baby product design preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other professional graphic design software; familiarity with packaging design and printing processes is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the design style of maternity & baby products, with excellent color matching ability and composition sense.
- Understanding of the psychological needs and aesthetic preferences of target users in the maternity & baby field.
- Familiarity with safety standards and relevant regulations of maternity & baby products.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
- Strong sense of innovation and learning ability, keeping up with industry design trends.
- A complete portfolio, with works related to maternity & baby products given priority.
