Momcozy seeks an experienced and well-connected Brand PR Manager to join our European team. This role will lead brand communication and product PR strategies across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, leveraging HQ resources to amplify brand presence and establish industry-leading influence in the mother and baby sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement Pan-European PR strategies for brand/products across digital and traditional media.
    • Lead press releases, media relations, trend-driven campaigns, and brand activations.
    • Execute integrated communication plans for product launches, sales peaks, and User Care Month.
  • Media & KOL Management
    • Maintain/expand networks with Pan-European core media, parenting vertical media, KOLs, and experts.
    • Build local media/KOL databases in UK/FR/DE/IT/ES and drive monthly exposure plans.
  • Crisis Management
    • Act as regional brand spokesperson when necessary.
    • Establish local monitoring/crisis response protocols with the global PR team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with regional social, e-commerce, offline, content, and design teams.
    • Share local insights with HQ PR and synchronize with global campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s+ in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in PR; candidates from top mother/baby brands (e.g., Medela, Philips Avent, Pigeon, Pampers) or agencies preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of European parenting market with strong media/KOL networks in UK/FR/DE; ability to scale across EU.
  • Sharp brand/news sense, storytelling prowess, and campaign ideation skills.
  • Native/fluent in English, proficient in German/French/Italian/Spanish is a plus.
  • Passion for parenting industry, empathy for mothers, and strong accountability.
