We’re Hiring – Project Assistant (Exhibitions Department)
London | Up to £26,396 per annum depending on experience | Full time
Are you ready to join a world-renowned team at the heart of the art logistics industry? Momart is looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex logistical challenges, this could be the role for you.
As an Exhibitions Assistant, you will work across multiple project files, handling a variety of tasks at once and managing your own workload to meet deadlines. You will develop an understanding of key industry legislation, including Customs Procedures, Export Licensing and Aviation Security, and apply this knowledge in your day-to-day work. You will liaise with colleagues, clients and suppliers across different platforms to resolve queries and provide accurate, timely information.
What you’ll bring:

- Solid IT skills (With prior experience in Microsoft, bespoke systems and other platforms)
