At MOMA, we craft quality British oats into great-tasting oat drinks and porridges. As part of the AG Barr family, we get the best of both worlds: the entrepreneurial spirit and agility of a fast-growing plant-based brand, backed by the scale, stability, and 150-year heritage of a UK FMCG leader. We are a responsible business that values diversity, supports our communities, and actively works to minimise our environmental impact.

What we’re looking for…

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy commercial leader to expand and accelerate our Grocery and E-Commerce channels. As the leader of MOMA's most critical growth avenues, you will establish and execute our long-term commercial and category-led strategy. You will oversee our footprint across major physical supermarkets and key online marketplaces, managing joint business plans and cultivating senior-level retail partnerships. As an active member of the MOMA leadership team, you will also contribute directly to the brand's overall strategic direction, business-wide operations, and collaborative culture.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute a multi-year commercial strategy to accelerate MOMA’s footprint across physical Grocery and Digital/E-Commerce channels (including Amazon, Ocado, and retailer .com platforms).
  • Joint Business Planning: Guide your team in constructing and executing comprehensive JBPs that align retail partner needs with MOMA’s business priorities.
  • P&L Ownership: Maintain full P&L accountability across all accounts to deliver profitable, sustainable growth in line with business targets.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Oversee the channel's in-store and online retail marketing strategy, ensuring brilliant execution in partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct cross-functional projects across Category Management, Brand Activation, Supply Chain, and Digital to deliver flawless execution.
  • Data-Led Decisions: Supervise the internal monthly forecasting cycle, leveraging external insights (Kantar, Circana, etc.) to deliver accurate financial and volume projections.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing commercial team, fostering continuous personal development.

What you’ll bring...

  • FMCG Track Record: Extensive commercial experience within FMCG, specifically managing major UK grocery accounts (Tesco and Sainsbury’s experience is highly desirable).
  • E-Commerce Literacy: A strong understanding of online grocery dynamics, digital shelf activation, and e-commerce growth levers.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Highly numerical with sharp commercial instincts and the ability to turn category data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Proven experience leading commercial teams and developing talent.
  • Influence & Relationship Building: The ability to navigate senior-level negotiations and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience using modern CRM, forecasting platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Cultural Fit: A highly competitive drive to succeed, matched with the AG Barr values of being Honest, Accountable, Connected, and Brave.

What we offer…

We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice is heard. We look after our employees with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Uncapped performance-linked bonus
  • Defined contribution pension up to 14%
  • 34 days holiday (with flexible holiday trading)
  • Flexible cash pot to spend on benefits
  • Private medical cover
  • Employee discounts and free AG Barr/MOMA products throughout your day

We are an equal opportunities employer and happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments that may be needed for successful candidates with a disability, health or mental health condition.
