Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international freight shipments (bulk/containerized) for agricultural commodities from pre-shipment to final delivery.
- Manage operations and inventory across multiple zero-GST/bonded warehouses, ensuring accurate stock declarations and compliance with Singapore Customs guidelines.
- Draft, compile, and submit all necessary export documentation, including phytosanitary permits, shipping instructions, and bank negotiation documents (Letters of Credit).
- Liaise with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) for import/export permits and product inspections.
- Monitor shipping schedules, track cargo status, and proactively resolve customs or logistics delays.
