Born on South Molton Street, London in 1971, Molton Brown is an icon of uniquely British style. Today, Molton Brown is one of the leading global brands in Kao’s global cosmetics portfolio. We are looking for dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury, to join us as temporary Seasonal Sales Consultants in our Springfields Pop up store until the end of December 2025. Multiple part-time opportunities are available; we need brand champions with customer service experience who can help make this Christmas special for our customers.
Starting in October, this is a fast-paced Christmas-season role.
What You Will Do
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For
We welcome all levels of experience. You should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can-do attitude. A high level of personal grooming, a passion for luxury, and alignment with our brand values are important. You must be able to work well in a team, drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs, and have flexibility to suit business requirements.
