Molton Brown is an icon of uniquely British style and one of the leading global brands in Kao's cosmetics portfolio. We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant at our John Lewis, High Wycombe counter. This is a part-time opportunity, working 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers.
- Use a personalized selling approach to guide the customer journey from start to finish.
- Provide sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
- Assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
- Ability to work well in a team and drive to achieve both store and personal KPIs.
- Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
