As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our APIs and developer tools. Your work will help engineers effectively understand and use our products. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and client services teams to gather information and ensure our documentation is accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate.

Duties:

  • Maintain and improve existing documentation, including guides, manuals, tutorials, and code samples.
  • Work with engineers and product managers to ensure content is accurate and complete.
  • Improve the documentation site by refining content based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to team documentation processes and style guides.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, ideally in a software or developer-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger and OpenAPI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in computer science, technical communication, or a related field is a plus.

This is a permanent role based in our London HQ, with a salary of £45,000–£65,000 for three days in the office. If you opt for four days, the salary range increases to £55,000–£75,000.
