WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We care more about how you think and operate than where you’ve done it. We’ve seen these skills developed across consulting, professional services, L&D, and other complex environments. If the qualities below describe you, we’d like to hear from you - regardless of sector.

Essential

  • Client relationships: You build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and create long-term relationships across multiple clients
  • Navigating ambiguity: You uncover what clients really need and turn it into clear, structured learning programmes
  • Ownership & integrity: You take accountability for outcomes, stay close to delivery, and do the right thing by the client
  • Eye for detail: You care about quality, structure, and getting things right
  • Commercial instinct: You understand how a business like MOLT makes money. This isn't a sales role, but being commercially switched on is part of it. You should spot growth opportunities, understand value, and be comfortable in commercial conversations
  • Leadership: You’ve led teams, improved processes, and managed competing stakeholder needs in complex environments
  • Facilitation & communication: You run strong discovery conversations and communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders
  • AI & tools: You’re confident using AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI, and are strong across Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Desirable

  • Background in management consulting, professional services, or L&D consultancy
  • Experience in learning design or training across in-person, blended, or digital formats
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Hands-on involvement in proposals, pitches, or client presentations
  • Familiarity with e-learning production platforms or processes (e.g. Synthesia) and a strong interest in how AI is reshaping learning design and content production

WHAT MOLT OFFERS

  • Salary: Competitive - confirmed following market benchmarking
  • Holiday: 25 days' annual leave plus UK bank holidays
  • Pension: Up to 5% employer contribution, matched to your contribution
  • Phone & Equipment: an allowance to choose the equipment you want to work on
  • Other Benefits: we're a young company and we're still shaping our full benefits offering — we'll have an honest conversation with the right candidate about what matters most to them

  • Impact: working for some of the world's largest organisations, with full visibility of what you're building and why
