We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and committed Regional Sales Manager for a new role within Molson Green. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in our Material Processing, Recycling and Waste product offering across Scotland. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the Molson Green Scottish sales strategy, alongside managing a number of Sales Managers and directly leading key customer relationships. You will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, developing market presence, and embedding Molson Green as the leading solutions provider across material handling, shredding, screening, and crushing for Scotland. This is a high-impact role suited to an ambitious, commercially driven individual looking to shape and grow a key territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Molson Green Sales Managers across Scotland, driving performance against agreed revenue and margin targets.
  • Define and execute a clear regional sales plan aligned to Molson Green’s growth strategy.
  • Fully represent the brands we offer (crushers, screeners, shredders and material handlers), taking responsibility for the sale of equipment, attachments, and the effective management of part-exchange and trade-in opportunities.
  • Manage an existing client base and territory, driving relationships with key strategic customer relationships and new high-value opportunities across Scotland.
  • Be knowledgeable about the machines/products we offer, effectively communicating the benefits of these offerings to potential customers, answering any questions, and providing accurate information regarding pricing and delivery times.
  • Drive a “360 sales” approach—ensuring full utilisation of the Molson product range within each customer.
  • Work closely with Sales Support, Production, and Workshop teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Effectively use digital tools (Configuration and Quoting Tool, Power BI etc) to manage pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity.
  • Attend and engage in shows and exhibitions as and when required.

Work experience/Person specification:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales role within material processing, recycling, or material handling.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pipeline, forecasts, and margins effectively.
  • A team player with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong level of IT literacy.
  • Must hold a current Driving Licence and be willing to travel.
