The predicted salary is between 22050 - 26950 Β£ per year.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for specific manufacturer systems with regards to warranty claims.
  • Accurate processing of warranty job cards & submit detailed warranty claims, within the specified timescale maximising recovery (Molson and Subcontractor).
  • Provide reports and relevant data to support manufacturer warranty claims.
  • Liaise with service departments to ensure jobs on the service WIP are completed in order for claims to be processed within the submission timescale.
  • Responsible for the return of parts to the manufacturers as and when required.
  • Keep claiming registers up to date on a weekly basis.
  • Deal with any claim rejections with the relevant service department and then challenge with Manufacturer.
  • Provide backup to the Senior Warranty Administrator for processing cash payments, credit notes and also producing the weekly reports for the warranty team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential.
  • Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise own tasks as required.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confident and clear telephone manner.

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of education including English, Maths, and IT.
