We're looking for a Brand Development Manager to join our Brew & Press team covering London. At Molson Coors, we've been bringing people together over a cold beer for more than 200 years. Your Purpose: You will join one of our high-performing sales teams based in London. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work alongside a diverse team of professionals with varying levels of experience and expertise. Our supportive and collaborative culture will provide you with the training, development, and opportunities needed to build a successful career at Molson Coors from day one. You will be a customer-facing ambassador for our brands, building strong relationships across a diverse range of On Trade outlets including pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels. You'll work closely with your team to grow distribution and drive sales through a right brand, right outlet approach. Managing your own territory and diary, you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop customer partnerships, and deliver against sales and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities: The role is customer facing and field based. You will spend your time visiting all types of On Trade outlets each with a slightly different need and opportunity. You will support the rest of your team to grow the distribution of our brands, working on a right brand right outlet principle. You will be responsible for meeting your set objectives but also have the flexibility to identify opportunities and manage your own diary.
About You: We’re keen to hear from people who live in London with a background in sales or can demonstrate relationship building skills. You’ll need the credibility and relationship building skills to build outstanding relationships with all customers. You’ll have well-developed numeracy skills, with good commercial acumen and be enthusiastic about our brilliant brands!
