We're looking for a Brand Development Manager to join our Brew & Press team covering London.

As a Brand Development Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the presence and performance of Molson Coors brands across the Independent Free Trade channel within your territory. Working closely with customers, wholesale partners and internal teams, you'll drive distribution, unlock new growth opportunities and deliver sustainable volume growth. Combining commercial insight, relationship building and category expertise, you'll help our brands win in outlet while creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a field-based role offering the opportunity to make a real commercial impact in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Please note: Due to the travel requirements of this role, you'll need to live within the territory, within approximately 30 minutes of the territory boundary by car, or within 1 hour 45 minutes of the furthest customer location.
What You'll Do
- Drive growth across your territory - Grow distribution, volume and market share for Molson Coors brands by strengthening existing customer relationships, unlocking new opportunities and delivering sustainable growth through the wholesale and indirect route to market.
- Build valuable customer partnerships - Develop trusted relationships with customers and route-to-market partners, using category insights, commercial expertise and value-adding solutions to help customers grow their businesses while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
- Use insight to maximise performance - Leverage data, reporting tools and market intelligence to identify opportunities, prioritise activity, monitor performance and make informed decisions that deliver against territory objectives.
- Deliver brilliant execution - Ensure excellent in-outlet activation, disciplined territory management and effective use of CRM systems, while working collaboratively with internal teams and wholesale partners to execute plans and maximise return on investment.
About You
We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering results and helping customers succeed.
- On-trade, wholesale or FMCG sales experience – You have experience driving growth within a customer-facing sales environment, ideally across On Trade, FMCG, drinks, hospitality or wholesale channels.
- Commercial and analytical mindset – You're confident using data, reporting and market insights to identify opportunities, build plans and deliver against sales and distribution targets.
- Relationship and influencing skills – You build trusted partnerships with customers and stakeholders, using strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to create win-win outcomes.
- A proactive, organised approach – You can effectively manage a territory, prioritise your time, maintain accurate data and consistently execute plans in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of £39,400.00 - £51,800.00 (posting salary range) plus a 28% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday. The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as required work location, previous experience, skills and internal equity.
