We are now looking for a Drinks Dispense Technician to join our Customer Technical Services team in Greater Manchester
Your Purpose
As a technical representative, you will spend your days installing, maintaining, and repairing our beer dispense equipment either alone or as part of a team. Each day offers a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored! We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs to high-end restaurants, Stadia, and large-scale events.
We are looking for practical, logical problem solvers with an aptitude to learn. You do not need to be an expert in beer dispense equipment initially, as you will receive an immersive two-week technical training course followed by ongoing field support to deliver some of the UK’s leading brands to customers.
Our technicians are responsible for managing their own travel routes, ordering and returning equipment, and controlling vehicle stock. They conduct surveys for installations, maintain dispense and cooling equipment, and often advise, instruct, and train customers as needed. Building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the role.
