About the Role: As a Category Manager within our On Trade Team, you will use consumer, customer and category insight to drive profitable growth for our customers and Molson Coors. You'll deliver category leadership to key customers, shaping strategies and recommendations that unlock growth opportunities and establish trusted advisor status. Working closely with Commercial, Brand and Activation teams, you'll ensure customer insight is at the heart of commercial decision-making while influencing both short and long-term business plans.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver category leadership and build trusted partnerships by developing strong customer relationships, becoming the go-to expert for category advice and helping customers unlock growth opportunities through insight-led recommendations.
  • Turn insight into action by analysing consumer, customer and category data to identify opportunities and risks, translating trends into compelling and actionable recommendations that drive category growth.
  • Shape customer and category strategy by tailoring the Molson Coors category vision for key customers, delivering thought leadership and providing recommendations on range, assortment and merchandising that support customer success.
  • Collaborate and influence across the business by working closely with Sales Controllers, National Account Managers, Brand and Activation teams to embed category thinking into commercial plans while developing category capability across internal teams.

About You: You bring strong commercial and category management expertise, with a good understanding of the UK On Trade landscape and experience using category insights to deliver growth. You have strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data, generate clear insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations, including experience using NIQ OPMS (formerly CGA). You are a skilled relationship builder with a proven track record of developing trusted partnerships, influencing stakeholders and guiding decision-making at multiple levels. You are a collaborative and engaging communicator, confident in delivering compelling selling stories, working cross-functionally and challenging thinking to drive better business outcomes.

Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of £47,400.00 - £62,200.00 (posting salary range) plus a 9.25% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday. The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as required work location, previous experience, skills and internal equity.
