Your Purpose
Our apprenticeship programme offers world-class training, tailored on-the-job learning, and insight into our brands, customers, competitors, and the wider sector. You’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor, and work toward a nationally recognised qualification – laying the foundation for a confident and capable career in customer service.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role as the voice of our business – supporting pubs, restaurants, and other customers with equipment inquiries and maintenance requests. Based on a hybrid schedule at our Burton-on-Trent Head Office, you’ll gain hands-on experience while building strong relationships with colleagues and customers across the industry.
