Your Purpose
Our Brewing Future Leaders Programme is tailored for ambitious graduates who are eager to become the brewery leaders of tomorrow. Over two years, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple UK sites, taking on a maximum of three different roles in brewing and packaging.
This immersive program deepens your understanding of key production areas and operational excellence, helping you build the skills to excel in future leadership roles within our Supply Chain teams. You’ll engage in a comprehensive learning experience that showcases our “grain to glass” business model, illustrating how every function contributes to our collective success.
About You
We are excited to hear from graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:
- Hold a degree in any STEM or related discipline awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but you must have graduated by September 2026.
- Have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for brewing, a drive to succeed and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Entrants may be required to relocate within the UK and complete part of your placement away from home with placements in Burton, Tadcaster, Suffolk, and Cornwall.
- Have a willingness to work across multiple shifts when required, including evenings and weekends.
