In this On Trade Category Manager role, you will turn consumer, customer and category insights into growth opportunities for Molson Coors and its customers. You’ll lead category thinking, shaping strategies and recommendations that unlock profitability while becoming a trusted advisor. Collaborating with Sales, Brand and Activation teams, you will embed insight-driven decision making into commercial plans. This mobile role offers flexible work options and a chance to influence category strategy at scale.

Pay / Benefits:

  • Base salary: 47,400.00 - 62,200.00
  • 9.25% target annual bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver category leadership and build trusted customer relationships to unlock growth through insights.
  • Analyze consumer, customer and category data to identify opportunities and risks and translate trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Shape customer and category strategy by tailoring the Molson Coors category vision for key customers, including range, assortment and merchandising guidance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Controllers, National Account Managers, Brand and Activation teams to embed category thinking into commercial plans and build category capability across internal teams.

Key requirements:

  • Strong commercial and category management expertise in the UK On Trade landscape.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience using NIQ OPMS (formerly CGA).
  • Skilled relationship builder with a track record of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Collaborative communicator able to deliver compelling selling stories cross-functionally.
