We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to lead our UK & Ireland comms strategy—internally and externally—with impact, creativity, and heart.

About the Role:

  • As our Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll be the voice behind our employer and corporate brand across the UK & Ireland. From championing sustainability and responsible drinking to driving internal engagement and community impact, you’ll shape narratives that matter.
  • You’ll partner closely with HR, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to:
  • Inspire from within: Design and deliver compelling internal campaigns that bring our 10-year EMEA APAC strategy to life for office-based teams.
  • Elevate our employer brand: Lead external communications that showcase our Employer Value Proposition, working hand-in-hand with our Corporate & Brand PR Manager.
  • Drive purpose-led storytelling: Spearhead communications around Alcohol Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability across both corporate and product brands.
  • Support change with clarity: Act as the lead comms partner on organisational change initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Lead with community spirit: Oversee our community affairs programme, collaborating with Government Affairs and Corporate Affairs leaders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong background in communications—agency or in-house, ideally within FMCG.
  • Proven experience across both internal and external comms, including media relations and social media.
  • A track record of independently leading high-impact campaigns.
  • Expertise in change management communications.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for purpose-led work.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a comms role—it’s a chance to shape how we show up in the world. You’ll be part of a dynamic, values-driven team where your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and your work makes a difference.
