Your Purpose
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be involved in a structured training programme to gain a Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification and develop the skills, knowledge and experience to be a competent Brand Marketing hero! You’ll play a key role in helping the business grow and achieve its strategic ambition to be the first choice for our people, customers, and consumers. You’ll work closely with our internal sales and marketing teams to ensure our social channels are used effectively to engage with consumers. You’ll also collaborate with other departments and respond directly to customer queries. Each day brings something new in this fast‑paced environment, as you gain experience across a variety of brands and teams within our growing business.
Through a structured training programme, you’ll work toward a nationally recognised Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification with Derby Business College, supported by a dedicated mentor and hands‑on learning that will shape you into a confident and capable Marketing professional.

Discovery Day: Our final step, you will be invited to our in‑person Discovery Day, which will take place on Thursday 19th March 2026. If you’re selected to attend, we’ll support you with preparation so you feel confident and ready for the day. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after our Discovery Day, and you will join us in September 2026!
