We are looking for a Brand Development Manager (Sales) to join our On Trade team covering Durham & Darlington Hartlepool. We aim to recruit based on potential, not experience, and are interested in seeing your behaviours in action.

The On Trade is one of the most vibrant and energetic industries in the UK, made up of pubs, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. For over two centuries, Molson Coors has been brewing beverages that unite people to celebrate all life’s moments. We produce some of the UK’s favourite drinks brands from Carling to Madri, Aspall to Rekorderlig, Miami Cocktails to Tarquin’s Gin.

You will join one of our successful Sales teams, operating in one of our key regions. The role of Brand Development Manager (BDM) is part of the Sales team. This isn’t a hard sell, quick win role - our aim is to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and support them every step of the way! This is a field-based role where you will spend your time visiting various hospitality outlets.

To be successful in the role, you will need to:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and live within a commutable distance of Durham, Darlington, and Hartlepool.
  • Cultivate strong relationships: Excel at building and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability and goal achievement: Take ownership of targets and consistently deliver results.
  • Influence communication: Shape the way you communicate to influence outcomes.
  • Optimise time management: Plan and structure your time effectively.
  • Adapt in dynamic environments: Remain composed in changing situations.
